To this end, we have developed the Pointer Dashboard, a quantative means of measuring our performance against set criteria and key performance indicators.

This report, which can be issued to national account customers on request, is your way of ensuring that we are providing the best possible service to your account, allowing you to get on with doing what you do best, managing your sites.

How does the Pointer Dashboard work?

In all of Pointer's National/ Major Accounts, it is our philosophy to deliver excellent customer support. And as a part of our quest for continuous business improvement, we measure ourselves against key performance indicators in five crucial areas:

*  Project Installations

*  Service and Maintenance

*  Event Monitoring

*  Accounting and Billing

On a quarterly basis, you will be issued with a report showing how we measure up against these five key 'ometers' on our account dashboard. You can look at a glance and see how your account is doing, or else you can look in more detail at the nuts and bolts.
