Brian Rendall is General Manager of the Event Monitoring
Centre.
His is a customer focused role, both in terms of dealing with
our direct monitoring end users and with other installers with
third-party connections into the Event Monitoring Centre.

Experience
Brian has a wealth of experience in the electronic security
industry, having fulfilled a number of roles throughout his thirty
years of service. He has worked in engineering, installation &
services, sales for national and independent Security
companies.
Brian also had a 4 year spell with Scantronic one of the
industries leaders in manufacturing of intruder products and
channel managed sales and business development with distribution
and installation companies. Pre Pointer had 10 years with telecoms
giant BT, with BT Redcare as National Sales Manager.

He joined Pointer in 2009 in the EMC General Manager position, a
role which satisfies his passion for operating directly in the
market place and working closely with customers.
His goal is to provide high quality, right first time
mission-critical services to our client base and their
customers.

Responsibilities
- To interface internally and externally to deliver right first
time services
- Manage and support the client relationship and expectation
through best practice, utilizing and offering the most reliable and
up to date technology & services available.
- Business development in monitoring tackling the issues,
finding fresh market opportunities and taking our/your business
forward successfully.
- To deliver and achieve growth across our service portfolio
developing new product markets in conjunction with customer's needs
and requirements including new markets
Customer Satisfaction
To manage and enhance customer relationships to enable an 'EMC
first' customer attitude and service levels which they deem very
good meeting their own business objectives and requirements.
