The aim of the Event Monitoring Centre is to
deliver quality monitoring solutions to our Corporate Accounts
customers and third party connections.

Working alongside a network of world-class business partners, we
have invested heavily in the EMC in order that we can ensure that
we can continue to provide the service required by you and your
customers.
Over the past 24 months, we have put the technological and
staffing infrastructure in place in order that we can continue to
grow the business. On this page, you'll be able to read
all about the changes that have been made.
Investment
Renewed investment has been key to these changes, and
significant expenditure has been made in order to ensure that our
EMC is fully capable to meet the demands of the twenty-first
century customer.
Technology
In terms of technology, the highlights have been many. We have
now put in place a common front-end video platform and new
operating systems which take into account the information that
customers require. U-VUE 24 will now allow us better integration
and management of alarm calls which ensure that we are competitive
with other alarm receiving centres.
In addition, we now support the IP product range from EMiZON and the New
Secure portfolio from BT Redcare.
