U-Vue 24 is The Event Monitoring Centre's (EMC)
very own web-based software facility which allows both Installers
& Multi User clients direct secure access to their own data
stored at The EMC.

What?
U-Vue 24 uses your own PC and a modem facility preferably
Broadband in conjunction with Internet Explorer Software. Due to
the type of information that can be accessed using U-Vue 24,
security is imperative and the software package used has been fully
tested by professional web security specialists and has
successfully passed each test.
Access to U-Vue 24 is restricted to Authorised Users who must
have a Security Certificate installed in their PC. All users will
be prompted for a Username and Password login.
Additional Security
For additional security U-Vue 24 will automatically request that
passwords be changed on a regular basis. U-Vue 24 is currently the
fastest and most user friendly remote access system available from
any Alarm Receiving Centre. Having logged in, you will then have
live access 24/7 with up-to-the-minute customer data.
Authorised Users will have the ability to:
. View and change site information
. View site logs
. Update Keyholders
. Add Unique Reference Numbers
. Update Police Response Level
. Put Sites On/Off Test
. Run Reports
. Update Alarm Activations with Cause of Alarm
U-Vue 24 has a varied selection of reports available, but we can
also offer a 'bespoke' report if required. Once the report has been
generated it can either be presented to your screen for printing or
e-mailed to any location. Since your PC is acting only as a
terminal and files are not actually up or downloaded, the link is
secure.
