Pre-installation planning and co-ordination before we get onto site is key to delivering a successful project for our clients. Our team is capable of managing subcontractors, and working closely with specialist contractors appointed by the client, including governmental bodies, suppliers and highways agencies in order that your installation runs smoothly.

Project Management Methodology As Prime Contractor, system designers, project managers and maintainers for previous major works, we have utilised the Prince2 project management methodology. We have qualified Prince2 practitioners and other members of the project and account management team are experienced in working within a Prince2 environment.
