Pointer's goal is to be successful through offering superior
customer service. And we see this customer service as beginning
with your very first contact with us, which will be your visit from
a Pointer surveyor at which your requirements can be discussed in
detail and acted upon.
We aim to be the partner that you can trust and rely, as well as
one which is professional, committed and innovative.
This is why the open dialogue we enter into prior to the initial
system design is so important. We know that security systems are
often viewed as grudge purchases.
And we know that in these difficult financial times the system
designed for your premises needs to be robust, scalable and
flexible.

Health and Safety - Designing out
'risk'
Where possible the system designer will design the system in
order to eliminate risk to the workforce, these include:
1. Designing CCTV systems that use fold down towers to eliminate
the need to work at heights to install, service and maintain CCTV
domes.
2. Use of Wireless CCTV Systems where cabling is regarded as
high risk in areas where working at height and in harsh
environmental conditions.
|
3. Use of dual technology detectors in restricted access areas
to minimise time of installing 2 detectors in normal
circumstances.
