Design - We'll outline why getting the design right, carrying out pre-installation planning and co-ordination and good customer liaison are key elements to delivering a successful project.

Maintenance and Support - You get what you pay for with post-installation care packages and planned maintenance schedules, and with Pointer's tailored plans, you get a quality, consistent, cost-effective service and maintenance contract which ensures your system works to its full potential. 

Any new installation comes with a 12 month defects and liability, but we will also propose a maintenance plan which is appropriate to your requirements.

Training - We offer post-installation system training through our qualified trainers in our internal Learning and Development department, and also through our world class manufacturing partners.
