The UK Major Projects team is led
by Mike Cushion. Mike leads a team of experienced and dedicated
project engineers with the ability to design, manage and install
the project to meet customer demands relating to both time and
technical constraints.

Since 2001, the department has
managed Projects to a combined value of over £10m Mike's team has
provided complete end-to-end solutions for our clients acting as
the prime contractor in all contracts.
This involves the identification of
all contractual requirements and technical requirements including;
ANPR, Video, electrical,
lighting, health & safety, fire protection. These
contracts have been primarily undertaken on behalf of Government
Agencies or large blue chip clients and have utilised the
principles Prince2 project management methodology.
