You get what you pay for with a Pointer Service and Maintenance
contract, and good service costs money.
Pointer has a dedicated 24 hour telephone help desk where all
faults that require support are logged and then onward despatched
to the correct level of engineer.
The 24 hour help desk is manned by a rotating staff of at least
9 personnel ensuring a minimum of 2 x personnel even during silent
hours. Engineers are on call 24hours, 7 days a week.
Regular maintenance ensures your system continues to perform at
optimum level.
We have a three-tiered system of Maintenance Contracts for
Intruder Alarm Systems. You can choose from this menu.

Your Pointer engineer will also ensure that the remote
signalling equipment is working and also whether any changes to the
system need to be made to ensure that it is kept in top
condition.
The engineer will then repair any minor faults and provide any
answers to any questions raised by the client. |

Key Performance Indicators
When we take on a large-scale new service and maintenance
contract, we would agree with the customer specific KPIs.
Reporting would be by spreadsheet or automated report.
Pointer holds Partnership agreements with several key accounts,
working as a partnership allows the relationship to be managed in
both directions.
Pointer has developed an internal structure to support the
delivery of Partnership and Framework agreements with extensive
experience in the successful delivery, maintenance and development
of projects within the fields of CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Intruder Alarm Systems and Fire Detection & Alarm
Systems.
