JOB TITLE:                CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR

POSITION:                 FULL TIME

REPORTING TO:      ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

LOCATION:               65 NORTH WALLACE STREET, GLASGOW, G4 0DT

HOURS:                      MONDAY – FRIDAY 8AM TO 4PM

 

OBJECTIVE:

To provide a high-quality front-line customer service ensuring that an efficient and effective service is provided to all clients and general administrative support within the department.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning engineer’s daily workload
  • Dealing with day to day customer service requests and processing accordingly
  • Ensuring customer’s service level agreements are met

OTHER ROLES TO PROVIDE COVER WITHIN DEPARTMENT

  • Process parts and repairs
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Raise quotes for customers
  • Processing service-related paperwork
  • Maintenance planning
  • General administration

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PC Literate – Competent in Microsoft Office Packages
  • Previous experience operating a service management system preferred
  • Experience in the security industry preferred

ENVIRONMENT

  • Work with Pointer Ltd to reduce the amount of pollution, particularly CO2 emissions, caused by inefficient energy consumption.
  • Work with materials and equipment responsibly to reduce the amount of waste of materials Dispose of waste in the correct manner determined by our policies and legislation.

  • Present a professional image through high standards of personal appearance including upkeep of work wear and equipment provided
  • Report back to supervisor / manager any improvements that can be made to our Quality systems and customer service.
