Role

Position: Permanent, full time

Purpose: To provide a high quality front line customer service ensuring that an efficient and effective service is provided to all clients while either installing, commissioning or maintaining Fire Alarm Systems.
 
Reports to: Branch Manager/Engineering Manager

Responsibilities & Major Activities

  • Install, commission and maintain fire systems
  • Identify, repair and replace system components as necessary
  • Accurate and timely completion of paperwork
  • To maintain vehicle stocks of materials and necessary tools
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service at all times
  • Participate in a call-out rota as determined locally

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fully conversant with current products within the industry
  • A working knowledge of relevant British Standards
