Role

Position: Permanent, full time

Purpose: To provide day-to-day co-ordination and management of reactive and maintenance activities.

You will also liaise with maintenance staff to meet client expectations and objectives, you will then plan their daily activities, then communicate and issue of work orders to field based engineers either via our electronic job issue system or telephone as required.

You will continue to liaise between customer and operations management to ensure smooth operational delivery

Reports to: Administration Manager

Role Responsibilities & Major Activities

  • Review outstanding works and schedule to service and maintenance engineers (17 Engineers England) working closely with Planner for Scotland (17 Engineers)
  • Liaise with Maintenance department on monthly maintenances due to allow efficient scheduling
  • Work closing with Service Managers / Supervisors on resourcing available
  • Ensure KPI’s are met on response times

Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent IT skills. (Service Management Systems Experience)
  • Knowledge of working with simPRO preferred but not essential
  • Must have previous planning and helpdesk experience
  • Good knowledge of areas in the UK
  • Good customer services experience and excellent communication skills
  • You will have experience organising workloads, be able to respond quickly to changing priorities and often under pressure remain focused and able to meet deadlines.
