systems, along with at least two years of relevant experience, and be capable of providing expert guidance and 

support throughout the project lifecycle.

–          Design and architect video surveillance and door access control systems based on client requirements.

–          Install, configure, and integrate hardware and software components of security systems.

–          Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.

–          Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

2. Client Consultation and Support

–          Consult with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate system solutions.

–          Provide technical guidance and expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

–          Assist clients in system customization, expansion, and upgrades.

–          Conduct system training sessions for clients and end-users.

3. System Maintenance and Upgrades

–          Perform regular maintenance and monitoring of video surveillance and access control systems.

–          Identify and resolve system issues, software bugs, and compatibility problems.

–          Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to recommend system upgrades.

–          Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary firmware and software updates.

–          Documentation and Reporting:

–          To generate accurate project reports, including system performance metrics

–          To maintain project documentation and system configurations in a logical and organised way

·         Minimum of two years of experience as an Application Engineer or Systems Engineer in video surveillance            and door access control systems.

·         In-depth knowledge of IP-based video surveillance systems, access control systems, and related hardware            and software.

·         Proficiency in IT networking, CISCO, HP, Dell, Aruba

·         Familiarity with network protocols, IP addressing, and TCP/IP networking

·         AWS or Azure experience will be beneficial in implementing cloud-based solutions.
