We designed and installed fully integrated systems for real-time surveillance, access control and intrusion detection – all delivered without interrupting daily operations.

Coordinated delivery across 70 sites
The rollout covered central offices and high street branches – many in conservation areas or heritage-listed properties.
To keep sites live, we scheduled overnight installations and managed detailed site access planning. Testing and cutovers were completed before morning reopening times – keeping disruption to an absolute minimum.
We provided:
- Standardised IP CCTV, VMS and Grade-3 intrusion detection
- Centralised video analytics with Axis, Milestone and Nedap platforms
- Audio challenge horns, heatmapping, and people-counting analytics
- Manned guarding and extra protection during overnight works
- Strict noise controls to meet conservation area guidelines

Strategy for what comes next
We led a collaborative roadmap session with the client and technology partners – shaping the next stage of capability, including enhanced video analytics and smarter detection features.
Today, the estate remains supported under contract – with responsive maintenance, upgrade planning and system enhancements delivered as required.
Social value beyond the contract
Outside the contract, we worked with the client and other suppliers to build a purpose-designed Youth Hub for a national homelessness charity.
