Planned maintenance and national support
We deliver full PPM and reactive support nationally – backed by remote diagnostics that enable triage, reset or resolution without dispatch.
Maintenance includes:
- Six-monthly fire checks, testing 50% of devices during each visit (BS5839)
- Intruder alarm checks: one physical, two remote (PD6662)
- Annual CCTV service (NCP104)
- Annual emergency lighting inspection (BS5266)
PPMs are scheduled to achieve 100% compliance against agreed KPIs.
Fast issue resolution through remote access
All monitored systems can be accessed by our engineering helpdesk and ARC. This supports real-time diagnostics, issue resolution and guided support for on-site teams – improving uptime and reducing callouts.

Innovation to support flood risk sites
We’re trialling a camera-based flood detection system at selected high-risk sites – designed to alert site teams and prevent water damage before stock is affected.
We’re working directly with the manufacturer to optimise positioning, software tuning, and system response.
Account management embedded in the client team
Our dedicated account manager works across the client’s property, construction and loss prevention functions – supporting site surveys, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing upgrades.
Designs are submitted for approval ahead of installation, and systems are adapted to suit each site’s layout and operational needs.
