Pointer was pleased to support Crossroads Cares in Perth with the installation of a new Ajax fire and intruder alarm system at its recently opened office.
Crossroads Cares (Perth & Kinross) is a charitable organisation dedicated to providing high-quality respite care and support for unpaid carers across Perth and Kinross. The new wireless Ajax system combines fire detection and security monitoring within a single platform, allowing users to view alerts and manage the system remotely via a smartphone, tablet or laptop. The wireless solution was chosen to maximise protection whilst minimising disruption to the existing infrastructure allowing Crossroads full remote access to their systems.
Earlier this month, we were honoured to attend the official opening of the charity’s new office, led by First Minister John Swinney.
Representing Pointer at the event were Chris Laird, Sales Director, and Brian Cassells, Scotland Fire Branch Manager. They joined Crossroads Cares’ Chief Executive Gary Hay, Chair David Lindsay and staff and other guests to celebrate this significant milestone for the organisation.
Speaking after the event, Chris Laird said:
